As the media to link physical world and the virtual digital world of IoT, the RFID tag has been widely applied in the access control, retail, warehousing, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, automation, animal identification, library, brand protection, laundry management, asset management, and other fields, to bring efficiency improvement, cost reduction, operation optimization, and error reduction as well as other significant benefits for the end-users.
Generally, RFID tags are composed of chips, antennas, and packaging materials. According to the RFID technology used, they can be divided into passive low frequency, high frequency, ultra-high frequency, and active tags. Depends on application requirements, its form factor can be RFID label, RFID card, RFID fob, RFID coil, RFID inlay, RFID glass tube, or another shape of plastic or metal.
As an RFID tag manufacturer with more than 10 years of experience, Crepak has been specializing in the development and production of RFID tags, providing various forms of LF, HF, UHF and Active tags to big companies in various industries around the world. The RFID labels manufacturer's RFID tags and labels are advanced in:
Crepak RFID tags can be used for many applications, it is convenient and saves time for system integrators to choose a tag and reduce the operation cost.
Crepak RFID tags feature long and consistent reading distance, durable, compact and easy deployment, reliable for system integrators, and end-users.
Crepak RFID tags are developed for application and proven in many cases, our know-how can help customer to reduce deployment risk.
Crepak can offer very economical custom RFID products the most fixable RFID tags for different applications, based on our scalable volume.
Crepak offers a complete range of RFID tags that meet the demands of every business environment. Our RFID tags are designed to comply with today's global frequency standards making them easily compatible with many RFID readers to power RFID systems such as asset tracking systems, access control systems, and even WIP tracking systems.
Whether you are looking for RFID tags to track retail inventory, livestock or people, monitor precious cargo to ensure they are not tampered with, or need to track assets in environments where liquid and metal are predominant, we are the type of manufacturers providing a variety of RFID tags and readers such as RFID clohting tags, RFID animal ear tag, animal tag readers for with the right features that match your requirements.
As the name implies, passive tags wait for a signal from an RFID reader device. The reader sends energy to an antenna which converts that energy into an RF wave that is sent into the red zone. Once the tag is read within the red zone, the RFID tag's internal antenna draws in energy from the RF waves. The energy moves from the tag's antenna to the IC and powers the chip which generates a signal back to the RF system. This is called backscatter. The backscatter, or change in the electromagnetic or RF wave, is detected by the reader (via the antenna), which interprets the information.
