SELECTION QUESTIONS

BLE Tag Questions

Are Scepter R120 and 9251 both ATEX-certified?

R120 has the supplied ATEX EU-type examination certificate ECM 24 ATEX-B 0Q87. Certification for 9251 is still in progress. Confirm certificate scope and installation requirements before specifying R120.

What is the battery life of Scepter 3724?

Approximately 1–1.5 years at a one-second advertising interval. Actual life varies with operating settings and conditions.

Can customers configure Tesseract 50?

No. Neither sample nor bulk products are customer-configurable. Bulk orders can be configured at the factory to agreed settings.

Do BLE tags provide location by themselves?

Tags broadcast BLE signals. A compatible receiving system and software are needed to interpret the data and estimate location. Accuracy depends on the deployment.
